If the parcel has not been collected yet these changes can be made directly from your account.
To amend a collection or delivery address select shipments on your control panel. The relevant waybill will appear in the list of waybills on your dashboard.
Select the relevant waybill and make the necessary changes.
If the parcel has been collected you can create a ticket via our WhatsApp or help desk platforms on our home page https://www.thecourierguy.co.za/ and one of our agents will assist.
