1. How do I book a Takealot collection/delivery?
- Takealot sellers need to allocate their reference/PO numbers to The Courier Guy as their preferred courier on the Takealot booking system.
- They are still required to create a TCG collection on the portal.
2. I allocated my PO on Takealot's booking system but nobody has come to collect yet
- Takealot and TCG's systems are not integrated. The seller/client is still required to book a collection on TCG's system or at their nearest Kiosk.
3. I allocated my PO on Takealot's system but have not received my parcel yet (Takealot Collections)
- This could be because the seller has not created a waybill yet or TCG still has to collect. We collect per booking confirmation and will only attempt a collection as per the booking slot provided by Takealot
4. I booked an OVN delivery to Takealot. Why has it not been delivered yet?
- We deliver as per booking confirmation. In instances like this it is likely we have booked your slot for its due date and, therefore, will only deliver as per the confirmation provided by Takealot.
5. Stamp confirmation
- Takealot is required to provide all couriers delivering/collecting from the DC with a valid reason as to why your consignment was not delivered or collected as proof.
